SellX does not process payments between users. We strongly recommend buyers to avoid sending payments to sellers before physically meeting and verifying the product. Any losses due to advance payments, fraudulent activity, or scams will not be the responsibility of SellX.
SellX is a listing platform only. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of products listed by users. Any dispute between buyer and seller must be resolved directly by them. SellX is not liable for any damages, scams, losses, or fraudulent activities arising from user interactions.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without prior notice if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users or the platform.
