By registering or using SellX, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. You also acknowledge that SellX acts only as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SellX. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to create an account or use our services. SellX will not be responsible for any transactions, scams, or disputes involving underage users.
Users are solely responsible for all listings, messages, and interactions made through their accounts. You agree not to post or share content that is false, misleading, defamatory, harmful, or illegal. Users must verify the identity, credibility, and legitimacy of other parties before entering into any transaction. SellX is not responsible for user behavior, communication, or content.
SellX is a neutral online marketplace that facilitates listings and communication between users. We do not buy, sell, store, or deliver products. All listings are user-generated. SellX does not endorse, guarantee, or verify any product, price, or claim made by users.
SellX does not process or hold payments between users. We strongly advise buyers to verify the product in person before making any payments. SellX shall not be liable for any loss, fraud, or dispute arising from user-to-user transactions or advance payments.
SellX is a technology platform that enables communication between users. We are not a broker, agent, or guarantor for any listing or transaction. Users understand and agree that SellX shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, fraud, false information, or disputes arising from user activity. SellX, its founders, and employees are protected from any legal claims, FIRs, or allegations relating to user misconduct. Any attempt to falsely accuse or defame the platform or its team will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may invite legal action.
SellX reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account found engaging in prohibited or suspicious activities. We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities if required by applicable law.
Users can report fraudulent listings or behavior through the in-app “Report” feature or by emailing us at support@sellxapp.com. SellX will review and take necessary action, including account removal or legal escalation where applicable.

SellX reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
